Forest Hill is located off Highway 60 in Sellersburg, Indiana. Homes will be priced around the mid $200’s. Most lots have large trees, are suited for rear or side walkouts with great views of the Knobs. Each of our three approved builders are second generation builders and we are very proud to have them choose our development in 2008. The first series of completed homes will be around April 2008.
