I enjoy being a full time Realtor. I have recently added a specialty to my real estate business, SFR certified,(Short-Sale and Foreclosure Resource). In light of what is going on in our economy and the local housing market and with so many people facing foreclosure or finding themselves upside down in their mortgages, I have taken special training to help homeowners in distress to avoid foreclosure. One of the biggest problems according to statistics is that most people do not know of their options if they are facing financial difficulty. One of the areas that I have been trained in, is explaining those strategies to homeowners so that they can make the best decision for their future.
I am a board member with the local Chamber of Commerce and a Chamber Ambassador. These positions allow me to be active and help to support growth within the community.
