Todd was great when I purchased my new home. From the time I made my offer to the day we closed, he was full service. When I had a question, he would call back promptly with the answer every time and I appreciated that. Being a first time home buyer, I didn't know exactly what to do about some of the logistics. In October 2008 a friend of mine recommended Todd Paxton as a real estate agent. I didn’t know the first thing about purchasing a home so I called Todd going on blind faith. As it turns out Todd helped me get a great deal on my first home. I got the home for almost $10,000 less than the home listed for and for $5,000 less than the home appraises for. I got a great deal!!
Also, once the inspectors came they found some problems and Todd helped the sellers and I come to a deal where we could split the cost on some of the work and the sellers pay the cost on other work that needed to be done in order to live in a safe, updated home.
The little things were what counted at the end like Todd telling me to file for the exemption taxes at the court house before 2009, instead of the advice I got from the closing attorney which turned out to be wrong by the way. Todd also got me a nice set of dishes and a hutch from the sellers at no charge to me.
I am so grateful to have had someone like Todd to help me with a list of names for estimates on the work I needed done and with the best insurance on my home at the least expensive price of all the insurance companies I called.
