Troy has had considerable success as a member of the Southern Indiana Realtors Association, and Greater Louisville Association of Realtors accumulating a terrific sales record, obtaining an achievement award in Units Sold in 2008 and selling 4.5 million dollars in sales volume and is on the way to achieving a personal goal of 8 million dollars in sales volume in 2009, in what some say is a "down market." In the fall of 2009, Troy was honored with "FLOYD COUNTY REALTOR OF THE YEAR" a drawing where the public honored Troy with his acheivement.

                           Thank you for visiting my page, your interest is appreciated. As you may already, my name is Troy Stiller and I have lived in beautiful Starlight Indiana all my life.  I am a full time real estate agent in INDIANA AND KENTUCKY.   Before I affiliated with Schuler Bauer I was a supervisor at UPS in the operations department and attending college at Indiana University Southeast.  UPS was a great experience, however i was behind the scenes and really wanted to be in customer service, which lead me to real estate and having great success in a little amount of time.  I have had experience in many fields, such as; Landscaping and drainage, building homes, and concrete flatwork, where i gained knowledge about how homes are built, foundations and concrete is poured and the importance of proper drainage and landscaping. This knowledge i have obtained has really assisted me with helping me clients make the best decisions.  I want to make a positive difference in the lives of those I meet, it's that simple.  I have built my business on integrity, perseverance, knowledge, and credibility because that's what I would expect if I were working with a Realtor.  I am a member of the Nat'l Realtors Association, Indiana Association of Realtors, Southern Indiana Association of Realtors, Graduate of Sales Mastery, Graduate Realtors Institute, Greater Louisville Association of Realtors and member of the Floyd Wickman Program.  I feel very blessed for the success I have had thus far and will continue to work harder than the next for my clients being relentless in the pursuit of perfection, treating my clients and customers as i would want to be treated, and providing a quality of service to you so you would consider me to be your Realtor for life.  If i can ever help you, please don't hesitate to call.
