I received my Bachelor’s Degree from Ball State University in 1969 and my Master Degree from Indiana University in 1971. I taught for six years and then became a licensed Real Estate Broker in 1976. During my career I have sold and marketed hundreds of properties. I have built my business and reputation on honesty, sincerity and thorough knowledge of all aspects of real estate. My persistence, hard work, skills and knowledge give my customers a leading edge in real estate marketing and quality service.
I hold the professional designations GRI, Graduate Realtors Institute; CRS, Certified Residential Specialist; and a candidate for CCIM, Certified Commercial Investment Member. These designations are the highest awarded by the National Association of Realtors only after satisfactory completion of stringent educational courses plus extensive field experience and minimum high levels of completed transactions. Fewer than 1% of all Realtors have all of these designations.
Because of my personal sales success and my communication skills, I am frequently requested to teach other Realtors how to effectively sell and market real estate, also a certified instructor for the Real Estate Licensing Course in Indiana. I am a licensed Realtor in both Indiana and Kentucky.
